All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Post office boxes will be shipped via USPS. Certain in stock items will be delivered via USPS. We will always confirm method of shipping as well as shipment date.

SHIP RATES

Shipping is free for orders over $100 unless otherwise noted (Except outside the United States).

Wholesale orders which are generally considered 6 or more of the same item will carry a nominal shipping charge ranging between 2 and 3 percent of the total order. We will confirm this with you before we process your order.

OVERSEAS ORDERS that qualify as wholesale (6+) may be subject to a separate shipping charge based on weight. We will inform all clients of ship charge before we proccess those orders.

RETURN POLICY:

We at First Rate Security strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices along with superior customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product we will refund your payment or replace your item. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by First Rate Security before any products are returned. We require you obtain a return authorization number (RAN) before you send the product back to us.

On EXCHANGES we will reimburse ship costs on defective merchandise. This needs to be authorized by 1ST Rate Security BEFORE exchange is sent. On customer RETURNS the return ship fee is not reimbursable.

We offer a 30 Day Money back guarantee on all products with the exception of our Hidden Cameras/Spy Cameras.

Merchandise returned for refund after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.

This policy has been implemented as a result of prior misuses in the industry. A few unscrupulous people have ordered products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that would not allow the product to be resold. HIDDEN CAMERA RETURN POLICY:

All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*. All returns must be authorized by First Rate Security before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. First Rate Security will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at First Rate Security's discretion.

*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by First Rate Security. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from First Rate Security.

Any return must be authorized by a representative of First Rate Security and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from First Rate Security. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM First Rate Security WITHIN A TEN (10) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).

WARRANTY: We guarantee all First Rate Security products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
