  
Streamlight is a “hands-on” company. They go through firefighters’ training. They take courses in low-light shooting. They are hunters, fishermen, outdoor and sports enthusiasts. Brad Penney, their president, takes his Streamlight flashlight on his many hunting trips. Their sales director for the hunting and fishing markets is an avid hunter. Many of their law enforcement sales managers are gun collectors, hunters and competitive shooters.
